Delete your account

You can delete your Spozon account and personal data at any time.

In the app

1. Open Spozon and go to your profile settings.
2. Choose Delete account.
3. Read the warning and confirm.

If you cannot open the app

Email support@spozonapp.com from the address you registered with and ask us to delete your account. We may ask you to confirm it is you. We will reply when it is done, normally within [30 days] and usually much sooner.

What happens

[Confirm against the backend before launch: today the account is only deactivated. Make sure the deletion job really removes or anonymizes the data listed here.]

• Deleted: your profile, photo, contact details, preferences, friends and connections, and device notification token.
• Lost for good: your match history, ranking and badges. This cannot be undone.
• May remain for a limited time: records we must keep for legal, security or fraud-prevention reasons, and encrypted backups until they are overwritten (about [30 days]). Messages you sent to other people may remain visible to them without your name.
