To help us fix a problem faster, include: the email on your account, your phone model and operating system, the app version (Settings), what you did, what you expected, and a screenshot if you can.
Common questions
I did not receive my verification email or code
Check your spam or junk folder and wait a minute. Then request a new code in the app. Make sure you typed your email correctly. If it still does not arrive, email us.
I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen tap "Forgot password" and follow the steps. If you signed up with Google or Apple, use that button to sign in instead.
How do I change my name, photo or profile details?
Open your profile in the app and choose Edit. Most fields are optional.
How do I book a court or join a game?
Open a venue or game, pick a time or tap Join, and confirm. You will get a notification when it is confirmed. Cancellation and refunds follow the venue's rules.
A match result or score is wrong
Open the match in your Match History and tap Report Issue. Our team reviews disputes within 24 hours.
I am not getting notifications
Check that notifications are allowed for Spozon in your phone settings and in the app's notification settings. Make sure the phone is not in a battery-saving mode that stops background apps.
Location does not work or shows the wrong place
Allow location for Spozon in your phone settings, turn on location services, then reopen the app. You can also search for a city manually.
How do I report a user, message or venue?
Use the report option in the app, or email us with the name and what happened. We review reports and can remove content or suspend accounts.
Are my chats private?
Chats are protected in transit and are only shown to the people in the conversation, but they are not end-to-end encrypted. Do not share passwords or card numbers in chat. See the Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my account and data?
