Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and [Legal entity name, country] ("Spozon", "we", "us") for the Spozon app and website. By creating an account or using Spozon you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Spozon.

1. What Spozon is

Spozon helps players find courts, organize games and matches, join tournaments, chat, and connect with venues and coaches. Spozon is a platform. Venues, coaches, organizers and other players are independent from us, and we do not run the courts, events or lessons listed in the app.

2. Your account

• You must be at least [13] years old, or older if your country requires it. If you are under 18, use Spozon with a parent or guardian's permission.
• Give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you think it was accessed without permission.
• One person, one account. Do not impersonate anyone.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use Spozon to:

• harass, threaten, discriminate against or abuse anyone, or post hateful, sexual, violent or illegal content;
• send spam, scams or misleading content, or fake bookings, matches, results or reviews;
• collect other people's data, scrape the service, or try to break, overload or bypass its security;
• share content you do not have the right to share;
• break the law or any venue's rules.

We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or end accounts that break these rules or put others at risk.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post (photos, bio, messages, reviews). You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and process it only as needed to run and improve Spozon. You promise you have the right to post it. You can delete content or your account at any time.

You can report a user or content in the app or by emailing support@spozonapp.com. We review reports and act on them, usually within [48 hours].

5. Bookings, tournaments and payments

• When you book a court, join a game or register for a tournament, you make that arrangement with the venue or organizer. Their prices, rules, cancellation and refund terms apply.
• Prices and availability shown in Spozon come from venues and organizers and can change. We do not guarantee them.
• [Describe payments for launch: for example, "Payment is made directly to the venue or organizer and Spozon does not hold your money", or the card-payment terms and refund policy if you process payments.]
• Match results, rankings and ratings are for fun and community use, and can contain errors. Disputes can be reported in the app.

6. Sport involves risk

Sports can cause injury. You decide whether and how to play, and you take part at your own risk. Check your health, the equipment and the facility before you play. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for injury, loss or damage that happens at venues, games, lessons or events, or from dealings with other users.

7. Messages and meeting people

Chat is not end-to-end encrypted, and we may review reported messages. Be careful about what you share. When you meet people from the app, meet in public places and use common sense. We do not check the identity or background of users.

8. Our rights

The Spozon name, logo, app and website belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only as these terms allow. Do not copy, reverse engineer or resell them, except where the law allows.

9. The service as is

We work to keep Spozon running and accurate, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will always be available, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. We may change or stop features at any time.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to [the greater of the amount you paid us in the last 12 months or USD 100]. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your consumer rights where you live.

11. Ending

You can stop using Spozon and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or the law. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as 4, 6, 10 and 12) will continue after that.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of [country/state]. Courts of [city, country] can decide disputes, but this does not remove rights you have under mandatory consumer law where you live. Please contact us first at support@spozonapp.com; most problems can be solved quickly.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using Spozon after that, you accept the new terms.
